Using the website
You may use the public website for personal, lawful travel research. You must not interfere with the site, attempt to bypass access controls, scrape protected content at scale, introduce malicious code, or use the material in a way that infringes our rights or another person’s rights.
Bali Unlocked licence
A purchase gives the named buyer a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Bali Unlocked for personal purposes. It does not transfer ownership of the guide, photographs, design, data or other intellectual property.
You may use the access key on the number of devices stated at checkout. You may not publish, share, resell, sublicense, reproduce or distribute the guide or its access key. We may suspend access where there is credible evidence of fraud, unlawful use, key sharing or a material breach of these terms.
Purchases and merchant of record
Lemon Squeezy acts as merchant of record for purchases. It processes payment, applicable taxes, receipts and eligible refund requests under the terms shown at checkout. Checkout terms and mandatory consumer rights also apply.
Lifetime access and updates
“Lifetime access” means access for the commercial life of Bali Unlocked while STREX LLC continues to operate and support the product. It is not a promise that the website, every feature or every third-party service will exist indefinitely. We may improve, reorganise, correct or remove outdated material. We will not deliberately use routine updates to deprive legitimate purchasers of the core guide they bought.
Travel information
Bali changes quickly. Information may become inaccurate after publication. The guide is general information, not legal, immigration, medical, safety, financial or insurance advice. Read our Travel Disclaimer and verify important details with official or qualified sources.
Availability and liability
We take reasonable care but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation or a particular travel outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, STREX LLC is not liable for indirect, consequential or travel-related losses arising from reliance on the site. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
