Merchant of record
Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record for Bali Unlocked. It processes payment, taxes, receipts and eligible refunds. Your receipt and checkout terms explain how to submit a refund request.
Digital access
Bali Unlocked is a digital product supplied shortly after purchase through a licence key. Because digital access can be delivered and used immediately, a change of mind does not automatically create a refund entitlement after access has begun, except where required by applicable consumer law or the checkout terms.
When to contact us
Please contact sean@balishortlist.com promptly if:
- you were charged more than once;
- you did not receive the promised licence or cannot activate legitimate access;
- the product is materially different from its purchase description;
- you believe a payment was unauthorised; or
- applicable law gives you a cancellation or refund right.
We will investigate access problems and coordinate with Lemon Squeezy where a refund is appropriate. We may ask for the order reference, but you should never send full card details or passwords.
Mandatory rights
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits consumer guarantees, cancellation rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded in your country. If this policy conflicts with a mandatory right, that right prevails.
Effect of a refund
Approved refunds may revoke the associated licence and access to Bali Unlocked. Refund timing depends on Lemon Squeezy and the original payment method.
